COVID-19 Response Plan

COVID-19 Response Plan

Updated 3/31/2020

To our valued customers, staff, and communities,

Due to the rapidly changing environment surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, Unison Bank is making changes which may impact the way you conduct your banking services.

Unison Bank will remain open for business, although effective at 5:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2020, and until further notice, we will be closing the lobby of our branches in both North Dakota and Arizona in order to protect the safety of our clients and employees.  We encourage our customers to use our drive-up, ATMs, or night drop facilities.  If necessary, in person appointments can be scheduled by calling the branch.  It is our goal to meet all of your banking needs while at the same time providing a safe environment for all parties involved.

During this time we strongly recommend that all customers use our online banking services at unisonbank.com along with our mobile banking app to conduct services such as:

– View online accounts and transactions
– View online statements and check images
– Mobile deposit
– Bill pay
– Popmoney – P2P payments
– Event Manager – set email and text alerts to track balances

Lastly, be wary of scammers posing as representatives of financial institutions or other companies.  Unfortunately, at times like these scammers have a strong tendency to prey on the elderly or those in need. Please visit our Blog and Financial Security pages to learn more about keeping your information safe.  We’ll protect your money while you protect your health.  By taking the necessary precautions, we will all get through this together.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call your local branch.

Thank you for your business and trust!

Kelly Rachel
President / CEO
