COVID-19 Response Plan

Since the pandemic began, Unison Bank has made changes that may impact the way you conduct your banking services.

 

Our lobbies are open during normal banking hours. Face masks are not required; however, we do encourage social distancing. If you do not have a face mask upon arrival and would like a face mask, one will be provided at the receptionist’s desk.

 

We continue to encourage our customers to use our drive-up, ATMs, or night drop facilities. It is our goal to meet all of your banking needs while at the same time providing a safe environment for all parties involved. During this time we encourage customers to use our online banking services at unisonbank.com along with our mobile banking app to conduct services such as:

  • view online accounts and transactions
  • view online statements and check images
  • mobile deposit
  • bill pay
  • Popmoney – P2P payments
  • event manager – set email and text alerts to track balances

 

Lastly, be wary of scammers posing as representatives of financial institutions or other companies. Unfortunately, at times like these scammers have a strong tendency to prey on the elderly or those in need. Please visit our blog and security tips to learn more about keeping your information safe.
