To our valued customers, staff, and communities,


Due to the rapidly changing environment surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, Unison Bank is making changes that may impact the way you conduct your banking services.


North Dakota – Our Jamestown lobby is open during normal banking hours. Social Distancing measures are required.


Arizona – Until further notice, our Gilbert office is open by appointment only in order to protect the safety of our clients and employees. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the Gilbert location.


We continue to encourage our customers to use our drive-up, ATMs, or night drop facilities.  It is our goal to meet all of your banking needs while at the same time providing a safe environment for all parties involved.


During this time we strongly recommend that all customers use our online banking services at along with our mobile banking app to conduct services such as:

– View online accounts and transactions
– View online statements and check images
– Mobile deposit
– Bill pay
– Popmoney – P2P payments
– Event Manager – set email and text alerts to track balances


Lastly, be wary of scammers posing as representatives of financial institutions or other companies.  Unfortunately, at times like these scammers have a strong tendency to prey on the elderly or those in need.
