This year, Unison Bank has pledged a donation of $5,000 to assist The Salvation Army in its mission to offer food, shelter and safety to those facing hardship. The holiday season can be particularly challenging for many, and The Salvation Army’s programs are crucial in ensuring that no one must face these challenges alone.

“We believe in the importance of coming together as a community, especially during the holidays,” said Unison Bank Chief Credit Officer – ND Region, Mark Domek. “This partnership allows us to help spread joy and support those struggling to make ends meet. We hope our contribution can make a real difference in the lives of those in need.”

The funds from this donation will support various initiatives, including meal programs, lodging assistance, counseling, bill pay assistance and more.

“Thank you very much. This donation will allow us to assist a lot of individuals,” shared The Salvation Army Social Services Assistant, Chris Grindheim.

The need for assistance is more critical than ever, and every contribution counts. Unison Bank is proud of its community bank heritage and finds it important to give back and help develop local communities.
