06 Jun Hailey Beam named Unison Bank Artist of the Month
Unison Bank announced Hailey Beam as its featured artist for June 2024.
Each month, Unison Bank features local artists, photographers, quilters and creators and their products or services. Since 2013, they have featured 115 artisans.
April’s featured artist, Hailey Beam, has displayed a variety of her works within the lobby of Unison Bank in Jamestown, N.D. – including handmade sweaters, baby toys and bags.
“From the moment I could hold a crayon, art has been something I enjoyed. Plus, my mother is a wonderful artist,” said Beam, “it was inevitable that I too, would have a passion for art, specifically the fiber arts. “
Dabbling in anything from sewing to painting, Beam finds crafting to be a fantastic source of relaxation. “No matter how hard or stressful the day has been, listening to the hum of my sewing machine or zoning out counting stitches of a crochet project always has a calming effect.”
